Commission on Higher Education chairperson Patricia Licuanan has resigned from her post, barely six months before her term ends in July.

Politiko learned that Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea called Licuanan to tell her to submit her courtesy resignation.

Medialdea’s conversation with Licuanan was reminiscent of his talk with former Dangerous Drugs Board chairman Dionisio Santiago in November last year.
